InjuryMcGee is a product of Felican AI Inc. It was built with a practicing Florida personal-injury firm, from the operating rules that firm wrote while running its own automation on live cases: hundreds of rules, many written the day after something went wrong.
Why it exists
The paperwork is the bottleneck
In a small PI firm, most of the work between the retainer and the settlement is paperwork: requesting records, filing what comes back, counting deadlines, keeping the ledgers, writing the same letters again. It is necessary, it is exacting, and it is where cases stall.
The tools available were either general practice-management systems, or AI vendors that charge for each demand or each page. We wanted one system that does the repetitive work inside the case file, at a published price, and never sends anything an attorney has not read.
We are starting in Florida because that is where the rules we learned from come from, and because HB 837 changed the arithmetic of every case. Other states will follow as rule packs.

Attorneys decide
Software can read, sort, count and draft. Deciding what a case is worth, what to file and what to say to an adjuster is the practice of law, and it stays with the attorney.
Rules are data
Statutes, deadlines, PIP rules and lien rules change. They live in versioned tables with citations, so a rule change is an update, not a rewrite.
Say what's measurable
We talk about hours saved, days to records and days to demand. We do not promise bigger settlements, and we do not publish testimonials that imply results.
