Plus
AI usage at cost
Each task runs on the cheapest model that does it well: sorting the inbox on a small model, drafting on a stronger one, citation checks on the strongest. You see the spend per case and per firm, and you can set a monthly ceiling.
Optional add-ons, priced separately when enabled: AI phone intake (per minute), e-filing pass-through, and a paid migration and onboarding package.
Questions
About pricing
What does "AI usage at cost" mean?
The language models we use are billed to us by Microsoft Azure per token. We pass that through at our cost, with no markup, and show it per case in Reports. Our cost model puts a typical active case at roughly a dollar a month; heavy OCR and drafting cost more, text-based PDFs less.
What counts as fair use for demands?
Solo includes five AI-drafted demands a month. Firm and Flat Firm have no fixed demand count; fair use means demands for your own active cases, not bulk generation for other firms. We publish the policy so it never becomes a hidden meter.
Are there per-page, per-request or per-chronology fees?
No. Records requests, chronologies and document reading are included. You pay providers' own copy fees, and fax or e-filing pass-through charges where those are enabled.
Is this price final?
These are our published launch prices. We are validating them with Florida design-partner firms during early access and will give existing customers notice before any change, as our Terms describe.
Is there a free trial?
You can create a workspace and use the sample firm for free. Paid plans start when your firm goes live on real cases.
Can we pay monthly?
Solo can be paid monthly at $149 per user. Firm and Flat Firm are billed annually.
Start with one case. Keep the queue.
Open the sample firm and approve a records request, or set up your own workspace in a few minutes. Your firm signs our BAA in the app before any client records go in.
