Searching county dockets and CourtListener, watching a case, and what happens when a portal blocks automated search.
Search
Open Dockets and search by party name or case number. Choose a Florida county, federal dockets or case law. Results show the court, case number, parties and recent entries.
Watch a case
- Open a docket result.
- Choose Watch and link it to one of your cases.
- New entries appear as notifications and on the case timeline.
When a portal needs a person
Some clerk portals use CAPTCHAs or block automated searches. In that case you get a prefilled link that opens the portal search for you. We never try to bypass a portal's protections.
