Getting good answers from McGee
How to ask McGee questions, what it can see, and how to turn an answer into an action.
Ask from the right place
Ask from inside a case for questions about that case. The global panel is for questions across cases, such as "which demands are waiting on records?"
Questions that work well
- What is still missing before the demand can go out?
- When was the first visit to Miami Spine Institute, and which page says so?
- Which of my cases have a statute of limitations in the next 90 days?
- Draft a follow-up to the adjuster asking for the 627 disclosure.
Check the sources
Every answer cites where it came from. Open the citation before relying on an answer. If McGee says it does not know, the file probably does not say; that is by design.
From answer to action
When McGee offers an action, such as queueing a letter, the result is a draft in the approval queue. Nothing is sent from the chat.
