Firm playbooks

Your firm's own filings, as a playbook you can question.

Turn your firm's own past filings into a cited strategy playbook, then put a question to a panel of attorney personas checked by an auditor.

Makes money: Strategy grounded in the firm's own wins, with every point cited to a past filing.

The problem

Why it's hard today

A firm's strategy lives in its past filings and in the heads of the lawyers who wrote them. A new associate starts from scratch.

A general AI asked for strategy gives confident advice with nothing behind it.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Upload a corpus

Your firm's prior filings, or a named lawyer's with permission. Scans are read with OCR, and each filing gets study notes tied to its docket entry and file name.

  2. 2

    Build the playbook

Study notes are combined into a playbook in seven sections and a short memo. Every point keeps its cites or is labelled inference, and a spot check reopens cited filings.

  3. 3

    War room

Two to four personas, each tied to one playbook, propose plaintiff strategy and critique each other. An auditor reopens every cited filing, and disputed points are labelled.

  4. 4

    Within your budget

Building stops at the monthly playbook budget your firm sets.

Approval: Plaintiff strategy only. Playbooks and war-room notes stay inside the firm; nothing is sent or filed.

Questions

Firm playbooks: FAQ

Whose filings can we use?

Only filings your firm has permission to use. Each firm's corpus and playbooks are isolated from every other firm's.

Does it build playbooks on its own?

Only when your firm starts a build. The scheduled builder is off by default.

Is the war room legal advice?

No. It drafts strategy notes for your attorneys, each cited to a filing or labelled as inference. The attorney decides.

Start with one case. Keep the queue.

Open the sample firm and approve a records request, or set up your own workspace in a few minutes. Your firm signs our BAA in the app before any client records go in.
