The problem

Why it's hard today

Most small PI firms run on a weekly meeting where someone reads the case list aloud. The questions are always the same: what is stuck, what is due, what is about to settle.

Getting your data out of a practice system is often harder than getting it in.

How it works

4 steps, start to finish

  1. 1

    Standard reports

Caseload by phase, deadlines this week, records aging, open liens, costs advanced and AI spend.

  2. 2

    Per-attorney and per-case

Filter by attorney, case manager, phase or county.

  3. 3

    Export anything

CSV, XLSX or PDF for any report, and a full ZIP export of your firm's data whenever you want it.

  4. 4

    Scheduled digests

A daily or weekly summary by email, so the meeting starts from the same page.

Approval: Reports are read-only. Exports are logged in the audit trail.

Questions

Reports & exports: FAQ

Can we export all our data if we leave?

Yes. A full export of your cases, documents and ledgers is available at any time, not only when you cancel.

Does AI spend show up per case?

Yes. Usage is tracked per case and per firm so you can see what each workflow costs.

Can we build custom reports?

Not yet. Tell us what you need; the standard set grows from firm requests.

Start with one case. Keep the queue.

Open the sample firm and approve a records request, or set up your own workspace in a few minutes. Your firm signs our BAA in the app before any client records go in.
